Mercer called the Regular Meeting of the <br />City Council to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />2, ROL~ CALL <br /> Deputy City Clerk Peggy Ezidro called the roll which is <br />recorded as follows: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, <br />Tarver, and Mayor Mercer Staff members present were: Mr. <br />Walker, City Manager; Mr. Roush, City Attorney; Mr. Swift, <br />Director of Planning and CommUnity Development; Mr. Elliott, <br />Director of Public Works and Utilities; Mr. Bocian, Assistant City <br />Manager; and Ms. Rossi, Director of Finance. <br /> <br />3. AGENDA AMENDME~S <br /> Mr. Walker indicated there were no amendments to the agenda <br />other than what appeared on the addendum. <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, seconded by <br />Councilmember Butler, that the following items listed on the <br />Consent Calendar be approved: <br /> <br /> a. Approval of City Council Minutes for 6-6-89. <br /> <br /> b. Adoption of Resolution No. 89-264, establishing <br /> appropriations subject to limitations for Fiscal Year <br /> 1989-90. <br /> <br /> c. Removed from agenda. <br /> <br /> d. Adoption of Resolution No. 89-265, approving contract <br /> with Economic and Planning Systems for AB 1600 Impact <br /> Fee Consulting Services and Amending the 1988-89 General <br /> F%~ld and Operating Budget by $20,000 to pay for this <br /> contract. <br /> <br /> e. Adoption of Resolution No. 89-266, approving the 1989-90 <br /> Annual Assessment for Landscape District 1984-1. <br /> <br /> f.
