173 <br /> <br /> Mr. Chris Haynam, 3935 Ferndale Court, stated that in certain <br />areas, the Staff Report's recommendations differed significantly <br />from those made by the Citizens Committee. He requested time to <br />look into these differences and inform the residents about them. <br /> <br /> After some discussion, the Council agreed to refer the <br />Specific Plan to the Planning Commission for public hearing at its <br />meeting on August 9, 1989. <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> It was moved by Mr. Brandes, and seconded by Mr. Butler, that <br />the following items listed on the Consent Calendar be approved: <br /> <br /> a. Approval of City Council Minutes for 6-20-89. <br /> <br /> b. Adoption of Resolution No. 89-289, approving the <br /> assignment of computer systems agreement from Command <br /> Data Systems to US West. <br /> <br /> c. Adoption of Resolution No. 89-290, approving the <br /> agreement with Resources for Family Development for <br /> Fiscal Year 1989-90. <br /> <br /> d. Adoption of Resolution No. 89-291, approving the <br /> agreement with PG&E for pole relocation for Cross-Town <br /> Sewer Project. <br /> <br /> e. Adoption of Resolution No. 89-292, approving the <br /> Reimbursement Agreement and Deferred Street Improvement <br /> Agreement with Dixie Kamp for off-site improvements to <br /> Parcel Map 5676. <br /> <br /> f. Adoption of Resolution No. 89-293, approving the <br /> landscape maintenance agreement with Hacienda Business <br /> Park Owners Association for Hopyard Road frontage <br /> abutting Zone 7 building and amending the 1988-89 <br /> Budget by $700 and amending the 1989-90 Budget. <br /> <br /> g. Adoption of Resolution No. 89-294, approving the <br /> Reimbursement Agreement with Golden Eagle Farm for <br /> the excess capacity in a 250,000-gallon water reservoir <br /> - Golden Eagle Farms Subdivision. <br /> <br /> h.
