Mixed Use Retail Center Includinq a <br />Free-Standing Drive-Thru Restaurant Located at the Northwest <br />Corner of Owens Drive and Johnson Drive <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Butler, and seconded by Mr. Brandes, to <br />approve Ordinance No. 1441, PUD-89-16, the application of Reynolds <br />and Brown for planned unit development major modification and <br />design review approval for a 155,096 sq. ft. mixed use retail <br />center including a free-standing drive-thru restaurant located at <br />the northwest corner of Owens Drive and Johnson Drive. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: Councilmember Tarver <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 10c <br />Ordinance No. 1442, PUD-88-16, ADDliCatiOn of Fred Hempy for <br />Development Plan Approval to Create a Four-Parcel, Single-Family <br />Residential Pro~ect to be Located on an Approximately Four Acre <br />Site Located at 5226 Foothill Road <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Mercer, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, to <br />approve Ordinance No. 1442, PUD-88-16, the application of Fred <br />Hempy for development plan approval to create a four-parcel, <br />single-family residential project to be located on an <br />approximately four acre site located at 5226 Foothill Road. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Tarver and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: Councilmember Brandes <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />11.
