CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-100 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AFFIRMING APRIL i DEADLINE FOR 1989 GROWTH <br /> MANAGEMENT APPLICATIONS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 1, 1988, the City Council <br /> reviewed the report of the Director of Planning and <br /> Community Development (SR 88:90) regarding the status of <br /> projects awaiting Growth Management approval and the <br /> consideration of extending the application deadline; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The City Council hereby retains the existing April 1, <br /> 1988 application deadline for all projects making <br /> application for 1989 Growth Management. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MARCH 1, 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> KENN~H~.
