SPECIAL AND INFORMATION REPORTS <br /> Item 7a <br />MTC's Draft 2005 Hiah Occupancy V~hicle (HOV) I~ne Master Plan <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (IR 90:32) regarding the <br />matter. <br /> <br /> Mr. Butler stated that it was his understanding that the MTC <br /> is not proposing any conversion of lanes. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift replied that that was right. The report shows only <br />where new lanes will be added. <br /> <br /> Mr. Mercer stated that MTC has a representation in Alameda <br />County through the Measure B Committee, none of whose members are <br />HOV lane advocates. <br /> <br />Item 7b <br />Actions of the Zoninq Administrator, Design Review Board, Planning <br />Commission and Board of Adjustment~ <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (IR 90:35) regarding the <br />matter. <br /> <br /> No action was required or taken by the Council on this item. <br /> <br />8.
