CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 88-99 RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF BERNAL AVENUE ASSOCIATES FOR DESIGN APPROVAL FOR A FOUR BUILDING OFFICE/LIGHT INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX LOCATED IN THE AREA BOUNDED BY KOLL CENTER PARKWAY, INTERSTATE 680 AND THE ARROYO DEL VALLE (PUD-S0-2-gD) WHEREAS, Bernal Avenue Associates has applied for design approval for construction of a four-building approximately 119,580 sq. ft. office/light industrial complex to be located in the area bounded by Koll Center Parkway, Interstate 680, and the Arroyo del Valle (PUD-80-2-9D); and WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the development plan of the subject site (PUD-80-2) including the typical architectural and site designs for individual lots, and there are no changed circumstances or new information requiring additional environmental review; therefore, this application does not constitute a new project under CEQA and no new environmental documents accompany this application; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on March 1, 1988 and testimony taken concerning the proposed project including its design, cumulative impact, consistency with PUD-80-2 and the General Plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is consistent with PUD as well as the City's General Plan; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the application of Bernal Avenue Associates for design approval for a four-building approximately 119,580 sq. ft. office/light industrial complex to be located on an approximately 9.2 acre site, located generally in the area bounded by Koll Center Parkway, Interstate 680, and the Arroyo del Valle, subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
