Mercer called the Regular Meeting of the City <br />CoUncil to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro called the roll which is recorded <br />as follows: Councilmembers Frank C. Brandes, Jr., Karin Mohr, Ben <br />Tarver, and Mayor Mercer. Councilmember Robert E. Butler was <br />absent. Staff members present were: Deborah Acosta, City Manager; <br />Steven Bocian, Assistant City Manager; Michael H. Roush, City <br />Attorney; Brian W. Swift, Director of Planning and Community <br />Development; and Joseph Elliott, Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities. <br /> <br />3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta pointed out that Item 4q - Approval of the Contract <br />with Kleinfelder, Inc., for Providing Construction Materials <br />Testinq and Enqineerinq Services, includes Hacienda Drive/I-580 and <br />that Item 41 - Approval of Improvement Plans, Final Map and <br />Subdivision Agreement for Tract 6142, Castleview - Theodore <br />Mavridis, will proceed only after the bonds for the project are <br />submitted. She added that she had received a request from PacTel <br />Properties and Prudential Insurance Company to continue Item 7f - <br />Application of the City of Pleasanton to Amend the Housing Element <br />of the General Plan to Include New Low Income Housinq Fees. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta then requested that the following amendments be <br />made on the Agenda: <br /> <br /> Item 7c - Z.790-326, Application of Charles R. Suer for <br />Proposed Regradinq Approval in the Rear Yard of an Existinq <br />Residential Lot (Lot 3) in the Vintaqe Heiqhts II Development <br />Located at 949 Montevino Drive - continue to the August 21st City <br />Council Meeting at the request of staff. <br /> <br /> S-7-90 <br /> - 1 - <br /> <br /> <br />
