Mercer called the Regular Meeting of the City <br />Council to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro called the roll which is recorded <br />as follows: Councilmembers Frank C. Brandes, Jr., Robert E. <br />Butler, Karin Mohr, Ben Tarver, and Mayor Mercer. Staff members <br />present were: Deborah Acosta, City Manager; Michael H. Roush, City <br />Attorney; Brian W. Swift, Director of Planning and Community <br />Development; Joseph Elliott, Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities; and William Eastman, Police Chief. <br /> <br />3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta requested that the following amendments be made on <br />the Agenda: <br /> <br /> Item 4b - Approval of Plans and Specifications and <br />Authorization to Call for Bids for the East Amador Trunk Sewer <br />Rehabilitation and Item 12a - URM Status Report - remove from the <br />Agenda. <br /> <br /> Item 6j - AP-90-10 (PUD-89-19), Harvey/Martin, Appeal of a <br />Decision of the Planning Commission Which Denied the Application <br />for Planned Unit Development Rezoninq and Development Plan Approval <br />to Construct a Five-Lot, Single-Family Residential Development to <br />be Located at 2818 Foothill Road and Item 6k - Approval of Curbside <br />Recycling Program and Adjustment of Rates - continue to the <br />August 7th City Council Meeting. <br /> <br /> Item 12e - Pleasanton Pasta Festival for 1990 - add to the <br />Agenda. <br /> <br /> Mr. Brandes requested that Item 6d - Z-90-326, Application of <br />Charles Suer for Proposed Regrading in the Rear Yard of an Existing <br />Residential Lot (Lot 3) in the Vintage Heights II Development <br />Located at 949 Montevino Drive be continued to the August 7th City <br /> <br /> 7-17-90 <br /> <br /> - 1 - <br /> <br /> <br />
