255 <br /> <br /> MINUTES <br /> OF <br /> THE MEETING <br /> OF <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> JUNE 5, 1990 <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Mayor Kenneth R. Mercer called the Regular Meeting of the <br />City Council to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro called the roll which is recorded <br />as follows: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br />Mayor Mercer. Staff members present were: Ms. Acosta, City <br />Manager; Mr. Roush, City Attorney; Mr. Swift, Director of Planning <br />and Community Development; Mr. Elliott, Director of Public Works <br />and Utilities; Ms. Bengtson, Director of Parks and Community <br />Services; Ms. Rossi, Director of Finance; and Mr. van Gelder, <br />Traffic Engineer. <br /> <br /> 3. AGENDAAMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta indicated that there were no amendments to the <br />Agenda. <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> Mr. Brandes stated that he had some questions regarding <br />Item 4n - Approval of Rules and Requlations for Amador Theater, <br />and requested that it be removed from the Consent Calendar and <br />discussed under City Manager's Report as Item 12d. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Mr. Tarver, that <br />the following items listed on the Consent Calendar be approved: <br /> <br /> a. Approval of City Councii Minutes for 5/15/90. <br /> <br /> b. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1463, approving PUD-90-05, the <br /> application of Jim Fazzari for planned unit development <br /> approval to create an approximately 56,000 sq. ft. site <br /> for a single-family dwelling and an approximately 3.71 <br /> acre remainder for future phase development at 3710 <br /> Trenery Drive. <br /> <br /> c. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1465, amending Chapter 11.20 <br /> of the Pleasanton Municipal Code regarding a decrease in <br /> the speed limit on Foothill Road from the southern City <br /> limit to Bernal Avenue. <br /> <br /> - 1 - <br /> 6-5-90 <br /> <br /> <br />
