Mercer called the Regular Meeting of the <br /> City Council to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> 2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro called the roll which is recorded <br />as follows: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br />Mayor Mercer. Staff members present were: Ms. Acosta, City <br />Manager; Mr. Bocian, Assistant City Manager; Mr. Roush, City <br />Attorney; Mr. Swift, Director of Planning and Community <br />Development; Mr. Elliott, Director of Public Works and Utilities; <br />Ms. Bengtson, Director of Parks and Community Services; and Ms. <br />Rossi, Director of Finance. <br /> <br />3. AGENDAAMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta indicated that a revised ordinance was prepared <br />for Item 4d - Adoption of Ordinance No. 1462, Approvinq PUD-90-4, <br />the ADDlication of All American Oil Company for Development Plan <br />Ar_~, which includes Condition No. 15, regarding public <br />access to the site. <br /> <br /> Mr. Mercer noted that a case was added to Item 7a - Actions <br />of the Desiqn Review Board, the Board of Adjustment, and th~ <br />Planninq Commission at Their Meetinqs of May 8, 1990 and <br />May 10, 1990, and an addendum was made to Item 4m - Approval of <br />Application for Heritage Days Parade Permit for June 9, 1990 and <br />Item 14a - Request of Three Homeowners, Located Adjacent to the <br />Casual Use Area at the Eastern End of Sports Park, to Have City <br />Remove or Move Entire Casual Use Area to Another Sit~. <br /> <br /> Mr. Brandes commented that The Tri-Valley Herald had an <br />editorial which he felt was uncalled for, based on what happened <br />at the last City Council meeting. <br /> <br /> - 1 - <br /> 5-15-90 <br /> <br /> <br />
