Mercer called the Regular Meeting of the City <br />Council to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> 2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro called the roll which is recorded <br />as follows: Councilmember Frank C. Brandes, Jr., Robert E. Butler, <br />Karin Mohr, Ben Tarver, and Mayor Mercer. Staff members present <br />were: Deborah Acosta, City Manager; Michael H. Roush, City <br />Attorney; Brian W. Swift, Director of Planning and Community <br />Development; Joseph Elliott, Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities; Dolores Bengtson, Director of Parks and Community <br />Services; and Bill Van Gelder, Traffic Engineer. <br /> <br /> 3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta requested that Item 4n - Ordinance No. 1489, <br />Approvinq Case PUD-90-10, the Application of Joseph W. Callahan, <br />Jr., for PUD Rezoninq and Development Plan Approval for 24 <br />Townhomes to be Constructed on an Approximately 1.8 Acre Site <br />Located at 600 Palomino Drive be added to the Agenda. <br /> <br /> 4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Brandes, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that <br /> the following items listed on the Consent Calendar, as amended, be <br /> approved: <br /> <br /> a. Approval of the City Council Minutes for 11/6/90. <br /> <br /> b. Approval of plans and specifications and authorization to <br /> call for bids for Project No. 892038D, the installation <br /> of a storm drain building at Del Valle Parkway. <br /> (SR 90:444) <br /> <br /> c. Approval of plans and specifications and authorization to <br /> call for bids for Project No. 895016, the installation of <br /> a traffic signal at the intersection of Stoneridge mall <br /> Road and Fabian Court.
