Mercer called the Regular Meeting of the City <br />Council to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded <br />as follows: Councilmembers Robert E. Butler, Karin Mohr, Dorothy <br />N. Scribner, Ben Tarver, and Mayor Mercer. Staff members present <br />were: Deborah Acosta, City Manager; Steven R. Bocian, Assistant <br />City Manager~ Michael H. Roush, City Attorney; Brian W. Swift, <br />Director of Planning and Community Development; and Joseph Elliott, <br />Director of Public Works and Utilities. <br /> <br />3. AGENDAAMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta requested that Item 6a - PUD-89-6-3M, Spieker <br />Partners, Application for a Ma~or Modification of the Approved <br />Planned Unit Development for the Rose Pavilion (Phase III) be <br />continued to the May 7, 1991 City Council Meeting. <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Mr. Butler, that the <br />following items on the Consent Calendar be approved: <br /> <br /> a. Approval of the City Council Minutes for 4/2/91. <br /> <br /> b. Proclamation of April 14-20, 1991 as "National Library <br /> Week in the City of Pleasanton." <br /> <br /> c. Proclamation of the month of April 1991 as "Child Abuse <br /> Prevention Month in Pleasanton." <br /> <br /> d.
