He requested that the Staff Report on the increase in water and sewer rates address the issue of growth paying for itself, instead of applying the cost of growth over the whole system. There being no further testimony, Mr. Mercer declared the public hearing closed. It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Mr. Butler, that Ordinance No. 1499 be introduced and adopted as an urgency measure, to take effect immediately upon adoption, amending Section 2 (Part) of Ordinance No. 1082, as amended, and Section 15.20.180 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, concerning connection fees for sewer service, as set forth in the Staff Report.
