PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />Item 6a <br />AP-91-4/Z-91-74, CPS Pleasanton One (Mark Sweeney), Appeal by Tw~la <br />Murphy of the Planning Commission Approval of Z-91-74, an <br />Application for DesiqnReview Approval to Allow the Installation of <br />a 65 Feet Tall Pole on Which Would Be Mounted Six 48 Inches Tal~by <br />14 Inches Sending and Receiving Antennas, the Installation of One <br />Four-Foot Diameter Roof-Mounted Microwave Communication Dish, and <br />the Construction of an Eight Feet Tall Masonry Wall in the Parking <br />Area of an Existing Office and Industrial Building, Located at <br />4440 Willow Road (Lot 31B of the Hacienda Business Park) <br />(SR 91:277) <br /> <br /> Mr. Mercer declared the public hearing open on the <br />application. <br /> <br /> Ms. Twyla Murphy, 3231 Clifford Circle, appellant, stated that <br />the lights from the Sports Park already come into her property and <br />that having the towers on her backyard would decrease the value of <br />her property. She requested that the towers be moved to another <br />area of the Business Park. <br /> <br /> Ms. Lynn Kriegbaum, 3225 Clifford Circle, stated that in <br />addition to the original concern about the potential health effects <br />of radiation that may emanate from the tower, the neighbors are <br />concerned about the possibility of a decrease in their property <br /> <br /> - 5 - <br /> 7-16-91 <br /> <br /> <br />
