Matteson/Dublin Canyon Ltd., <br /> Consideration of Request to ModifyOwner-Occupancy Requirement for <br /> Initial Home Buyers in Canyon Meadows (SR 91:185) <br /> <br /> Mr. Duncan Matteson, applicant, requested Council either to <br /> approve Option A-2, which directs Staff to process a change of <br /> Condition No. 25 as a minor modification, or to amend Condition No. <br /> 25 through Option B-l, which deletes Condition No. 25 therby <br /> allowing subsequent sales, whether at auction or not, to purchasers <br /> who are not owner-occupants, or through Option B-2, which attached <br /> additional conditions in exchange for eliminating the owner- <br /> occupancy requirement in Condition No. 25.
