141 <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Tarver, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that <br />Ordinance No. 1534 be introduced, to be read by title only and <br />waiving further reading thereof, approving a PUD final development <br />plan (PUD-81-30-53D) for an 878 unit apartment complex composed of <br />35 three-story buildings on an approximately 27 acre site in the <br />Hacienda Business Park, 5675 Stoneridge Drive, bordered by <br />Tassajara Creek on the east, Owens Drive on the north and <br />Stoneridge Drive on the south. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mayor Mercer, and seconded by Mr. Butler, that <br />Resolution No. 91-202 be adopted, approving growth management <br />allocation at 266 in 1991, of which 126 will come from Callahan's <br />Carriage Homes project if Mr. Callahan agrees to relinquish his <br />allocations and 196 in 1992, 0 in 1993, 241 in 1994, and 175 in <br />1995. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 6f <br />Adjustment to Water and Sewer Rates <br />(1} Water (SR91:511) <br /> {2) Sewer (SR91:510) <br /> <br /> Bob Cordtz, 262 W. Angela referred to page three, item three <br />of the staff report and asked what was meant by "significant". <br /> <br /> Sue Rossi, Director of Finance, responded that depending on <br />the level of conservation, it would generate somewhere between <br />$250,000 and $400,000. <br /> <br /> Mr. Cordtz asked what will happen if the well is not <br />completed. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer asked staff if there is any chance that the well <br />will not be completed. <br /> <br /> Steve Cusenza, Deputy Director of Utilities, responded that it <br />is unlikely that the well would not be completed. <br /> <br />12/10/91 15 <br /> <br /> <br />
