He indicated as legal owner <br /> of the property he was justified in offering it for sale to the ' <br /> Bergers for $17,000; however, they were not interested. <br /> <br /> Mr. Mohr indicated that in view of the setbacks required in <br /> this area, no building could ever be approved and allowing an owner <br /> to pay taxes with no hope of ever getting a return on his <br /> investment would present problems in the future, especially with <br /> maintenance of the property. The most equitable solution would be <br /> to attempt to work with the County to allow the buyer to recoup his <br /> investment and get out of what can only be a headache. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Butler, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that <br /> Resolution No. 91-188 be adopted, accepting the dedication of <br /> Parcels A, B, C, and D of Tract 4768 and directed the City Clerk to <br /> record the resolution accepting the offer. <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Scribner, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> 13.
