Zoning for <br /> the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - <br /> Industrial/Commercial and Office. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Tarver and seconded by Ms. Scribner to <br /> adopt Resolution No. 91-161 canceling the public hearing for PUD- <br /> 89-16-1M. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> 7. SPECIAL AND INFORMATION REPORTS <br /> Item 7a <br /> Actions of the Zoninq Administrator and of the Design Review Board <br /> and Planning Commission at Their Meetinqs of September 10, 1991 and <br /> September 11, 1991. (IR:62) <br /> <br /> Ms. Scribner did not wish to appeal the action, however she <br /> mentioned her desire to see the pylon and monument signs for <br /> Herrera Motors. <br /> <br /> Item 7b <br /> Analysis of Commission Absences (SR 91:391) <br /> <br /> Ms. Scribner commented that she thought it a good idea to <br /> continue monitoring the absences of the commissioners. The report <br /> from the City Manager was accepted. <br /> <br /> 8. MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCILMEMBERS <br /> <br /> Performing Arts Center Committee <br /> <br /> Mr. Butler nominated Dr. Donald Rice to fill the vacancy on <br /> the Perfoming Art Center Committee.
