15 <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Ms. Scribner, that <br /> Ordinance No. 1516 be introduced, to be read by title only and <br /> waiving further reading thereof, approving RZ-91-4, the application <br /> of the City o~ Pleasanton to amend Chapter 11.60 of the Pleasanton <br /> Municipal Code to allow horse-drawn carriages and other equestrian <br /> events on Main Street and other commercial areas under certain <br /> circumstances, subject to the granting of a temporary conditional <br /> use permit, and to prohibit horse traffic on certain other City <br /> streets with high traffic volume, as set forth in the Staff Report. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br />~ AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver and Mayor <br />Q0 Mercer <br />Q9 NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br />Z <br /> 7. He indicated that one of the members, Mr. Bob Anglin <br /> has died and proposed that the appointment of another committee <br /> member to replace Mr. Anglin be considered at the next Council <br /> meeting. <br /> <br /> 9.
