91 <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mr. Mercer declared the <br />public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer asked for clarification on the number of acres to <br /> be annexed. <br /> <br /> Mr. Elliott answered 1538 acres, if the Livemore proposed <br />boundary is accepted. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Butler, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that <br />Resolution No. 92-43 be adopted, requesting the Local Agency <br />Formation Commission to initiate proceedings for the proposed <br />annexation 140 (Ruby Hill/Vineyard Avenue Corridor) pursuant to the <br />Cortese-Knox Local Government Reorganization Act of 1985, adding <br />the condition that the annexation shall be specifically conditioned <br />upon the designation of the County of Alameda as lead agency <br />pursuant to the Surface Mining and Reclamation Act of 1975. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Scribner and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: Councilmember Tarver <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Butler, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that <br />Resolution No. 92-44 be adopted, agreeing to the exchange of <br />property tax revenues for Annexation No. 140 (Ruby Hill/Vineyard <br />Avenue Corridor). <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Scribner and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: Councilmember Tarver <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Tentative Tra~t Map 6452, SiqnatUre Properties (Ruby Hill) <br />aDDliCatiO~ ~or approval of a vestin~ tentative map to subdivide <br />amDroximatelY 1,600 acres of ~and located in the vicinity of <br />Vineyard Avenue east of Montevino Drive, and Vallecitos Road south <br />Of Vineyard Avenue. The property would be divided into 850 sinqle- <br />family residential. lots, with a golf course, country club, <br />VSneyard, winery, and retail and recreational lots. <br /> <br /> Mr. Mercer declared the public hearing open on the <br />application. <br /> <br /> Jim Gilmetti, Signature Properties, explained that condition <br />C (2)(a) "Street C-1 shall connect to Street A..." was deleted at <br />the Planning Commission meeting and asked that it be added back in <br />to the list of conditions.
