REPORTS OF THE CITY EAGER <br /> <br /> Item 12a <br />Request for Policy Guidance - Alameda County Transportation Plan <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer reported on the Alameda County Congestion <br />Management Agency. He explained that the City of Oakland and eight <br />other cities made a proposal to change the voting procedure of this <br />Agency, even though Oakland was not a part of the Joint Power <br />Authority. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer asked City staff to investigate it there were a <br />way to get the City out of this Agency. He stated that the City <br />pays approximately $30,000 to belong to this organization, yet with <br />the recent changes, the City has few voting rights <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Mr. Tarver, that <br />employer parking fee in the Tri-Valley area not be included in the <br />Alameda County Transportation Plan or Model. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarvet and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 12b <br />Approval of Supplemental Assessment Fees for Emerqency Medical <br />Services (SR92:87) <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Butler, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that <br />Resolution No. 92-47 be adopted, approving the supplemental <br />assessment fee to be used for improvement to the first responder <br />emergency medical services provided to Pleasanton. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />2/18/92 19 <br /> <br /> <br />
