Zonin~ for the property is PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) - Office District <br /> <br /> Mr. Mercer declared the public hearing open on the <br />application. <br /> <br /> Peter Shutts, 4143 Mohr Avenue, Suite G, requested the maximum <br />occupancy to be changed from 70 to 90 persons. He indicated that <br />when the project was approved, November 1990, the applicant <br />mitigated the concerns of the neighbors and that the building was <br />designed to house 90 people. He stated that the applicant was <br />having difficulty in getting this project financed because it was <br />approved for 90 occupants but was limited to 70 occupants. Mr. <br />Shutts assured the building would be staffed appropriately for 90 <br />occupants and that the residents were conditioned to having no <br />vehicles or parking on Mohr Avenue. The applicant would provide a <br />soundwall at the rear property line. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer referred to the staff report. He asked Mr. <br />Shutts if Option Two was what he was asking approval for. <br /> <br /> Mr. Shutts answered no. He requested that the condition be <br />limited to 90 occupants only, no stepping or phasing. <br /> <br /> Ms. Mohr asked Mr. Shutts what percentage of occupancy would <br />be related. <br /> <br /> Mr. Shutts replied approximately three to four couples would <br /> <br />2/18/92 13 <br /> <br /> <br />
