41 It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Mayor Mercer, that Ordinance No. 1543 be introduced, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, approving a major modification to the approved Planned Unit Development for Budget Car Sales and Rental, located at 4011 Pimlico Drive, to allow the display and sales of recreational vehicles (RV's) and related sign changes on the site with the following amended conditions, (1) more trees be planted along Pimlico/Freeway ramp; (2) operating hours be 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; (3) no maintenance is to be performed on site; and (4) the landscape plan for the entire area come back to staff and Councilmember Mohr for review. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Mohr, Scribner, and Mayor Mercer NOES: Councilmember Tarver ABSENT: Councilmember Butler ABSTAIN: None Item 6h Creation of Mutual Benefit/Reimbursement District for East Amador Relief Sewer Improvements (SR92:31) Mr. Mercer declared the public hearing open on the application. Christopher Owens, 2309 Hacienda Drive, represented Prudential Insurance Company. He indicated that Prudential was in agreement with the staff report and he was there to answer questions. There being no further testimony, Mr. Mercer declared the public hearing closed. It was moved by Mr. Tarver, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that Resolution No. 92-25 be adopted, approving the Reimbursement Agreement for the East Amador Relief Sewer Improvements and the creation of the mutual benefit/reimbursement district.
