Zoninu for the property is PUD (Planned <br /> Unit Development) - Industrial, Commercial and Office District. <br /> (IR92:07) <br /> <br /> No action was required or taken by the Council on this item. <br /> <br /> Item 7c <br /> RepOrt on Vine Street (IR92:05) <br /> <br /> Ms. Mohr stated the staff report reflected a 3-1 vote on this <br /> item previously but that should be changed to a 2-1 vote because <br /> she had to abstain due to her ownership of property in that area. <br /> She again abstained from the item. <br /> <br /> Wayne Noreen, 3845 Vineyard Avenue, spoke in opposition to <br /> staff's recommendation because of traffic and noise. He indicated <br /> there were a lot of small children who played in that area and he <br /> felt that cars would go through that area faster with Vine Street <br /> open.
