Ms. Mohr also asked if the City was considering a Section 8 program. Mr. Swift indicated that staff has reviewed different ways of the using the Section 8 fund. It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Mr. Tarver, that Resolution No. 92-157 be adopted, based on a review of an initial environmental impact study done for this project and on a finding that no significant environmental impact would occur as outlined in the City's .guidelines and on further finding that a negative declaration is appropriate in connection with GP-92-3, City of Pleasanton.
