127 <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Butler, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that <br />Resolution No. 92-141 be adopted, based on a review of an initial <br />environmental impact study done for this project and on a finding <br />that no significant environmental impact would occur as outlined in <br />the City's guidelines and on further finding that a negative <br />declaration is appropriate in connection with PUD-92-3, Harbor View <br />Investment, Inc. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Scribner, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Tarver <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Butler, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that <br />Ordinance No. 1569 be introduced, to be read by title only and <br />waiving further reading thereof, approving an application for <br />development plan approval for a two- and three-story, 135-unit <br />residence hotel to be located on an approximate 3.58 acre site at <br />11920 Dublin Canyon Road. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Scribner, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Tarver <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 6c <br />pUD-92-4, Miriam Chu and Max Gahrahmat <br />ADDliOatiOn for PUD development plan approval to allow the <br />oonstruction of up to SS small- and larqe-lot single family <br />detaohed units on the approximately 17,1 aore Village One site of <br />~hO lar~er Chu/Gahrahmat property located alon~ the southerly side <br />of the Arroyo Mocho northerly of the intersection of Stoneridqe <br />Drive and Stone Pointe Way. Zoninq for the property is PUD <br />(planned Unit Development) - Low Density Residential and Medium <br />Density Residential District. (SR92:280) <br /> <br /> Mr. Mercer declared the public hearing open on the <br />application. <br /> <br /> Max Gahrahmat, explained that Village I and Village II of this <br />project was approved by Council two months ago. He asked for <br />Council approval and was willing to answer any questions. <br /> <br /> Larry Battleson, McKay and Sombs, 2600 Kittyhawk Road, <br />Livermore, Civil Engineer, indicated that the applicant was in <br />complete concurrence with the staff recommendations and conditions. <br />He asked for Council approval and was willing to answer any <br />questions. <br /> <br />7/7/92 9 <br /> <br /> <br />
