Zoninq for the property is PUD <br />(planned Unit Development) - Low Density Residential and Medium <br />Density Residential District. (SR92:280) <br /> <br /> Mr. Mercer declared the public hearing open on the <br />application. <br /> <br /> Max Gahrahmat, explained that Village I and Village II of this <br />project was approved by Council two months ago.
