92 <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Scribner, and seconded byMr. Tarver, that <br /> Parcels 6 and 7 be designated as Office/Commercial. <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Scribner and Tarver <br /> NOES: Mayor Mercer <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br /> ABSTAIN: Councilmember Mohr <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver referred to Parcels 8 and 9 and asked staff if a <br /> number of units, which was not to be exceeded, was ever specified <br /> instead of making the parcels simply Medium Density. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift answered yes. The Specific Plan does do that in the <br /> Medium Density areas. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver asked what number of units would Parcels 8 and 9 be <br /> assigned if they were considered in the Medium Density range. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift believed that Medium Density was limited to 3 to 3 <br /> 1/2 units per acre under the Specific Plan. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Tarver that Parcel 8 and 9 be Medium <br /> Density, not to exceed 3 1/2 units per acre. <br /> <br /> The motion died for lack of a second. <br /> <br /> It was moved byMs. Scribner, and seconded by Mr. Tarver, that <br /> Lots 10, 11 and 17 remain as Low Density Residential. <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Scribner, Tarver and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br /> ABSTAIN: Councilmember Mohr <br /> <br /> Ms. Scribner referred to Parcel 8 and 9 and stated that Medium <br /> Density as it was defined allowed too many parcels. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Scribner, and seconded by Mayor Mercer, <br /> that Parcels 8 and 9 be designated as Low Density Residential. <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Scribner and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: Councilmember Tarver <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br /> ABSTAIN: Councilmember Mohr <br /> <br /> 6/16/92 14 <br /> <br /> <br />
