33 <br /> <br /> MINUTES <br /> OF <br /> THE <br /> MEETING <br /> OF <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> May.19, 1992 <br /> <br />1, CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Mayor Kenneth R. Mercer called the Regular Meeting of the City <br /> Council to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />2, ROL~ CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded <br /> as follows: Councilmembers Robert E. Butler, Karin Mohr, Dorothy <br /> N. Scribner, Ben Tarver, and Mayor Kenneth R. Mercer. Staff <br /> members present were: Deborah Acosta, City Manager; Michael M. <br /> Roush, City Attorney; Steve Bocian, Assistant City Manager; Brian <br /> W. Swift, Director of Planning and Community Development; Joseph <br /> Elliott, Director of Public Works and Utilities; and Bill van <br /> Gelder, Traffic Engineer. <br /> <br />3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Robert Cortz, 262 West Angela, wanted the Minutes of 5/5/92 <br />amended to include his comments. He emphasized he still wants a <br />staff report regarding the status of Well 8 and answers to <br />guestions he asked at the October 15, 1991 meeting. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta indicated a report would be on the agenda for the <br />June 2, 1992 meeting. The City has been planning for some time to <br />proceed with this well with or without Dublin San Ramon Services <br />District participation. The City is still negotiating the terms of <br />that agreement. <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Ms. Scribner, that <br />the following actions be taken on the Consent Calendar: <br /> <br /> a. Approve the City Council Minutes for 5/5/92, as amended. <br /> <br /> b. Proclaim 6/14/92 as Flag Day. <br /> <br />5/19/92 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
