175 <br /> <br /> MINUTES <br /> OF <br /> THE <br /> MEETING <br /> OF <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> November 17, 1992 <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Mayor Kenneth R. Mercer called the Regular Meeting of the City <br />Council to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> Boy Scout Troop 911 was present to observe the meeting and led <br />the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded <br />as follows: Councilmembers Robert E. Butler, Karin Mohr, Dorothy <br />N. Scribner, Ben Tarver, and Mayor Kenneth R. Mercer. Staff <br />members present were: Deborah Acosta, City Manager; Steven Bocian, <br />Assistant City Manager; Michael H. Roush, City Attorney; Brian W. <br />Swift, Director of Planning and Community Development; Joseph <br />Elliott, Director of Public Works and Utilities; and Jerry Iserson, <br />Principal Planner. <br /> <br />3. AGENDAAMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer explained that the joint meeting between the <br />School District, City of Pleasanton and the developers was <br />continued because there was some questions on the language included <br />in the agreement. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer pointed out that item 4f, Prohibition of <br />overniqht parkinq on Kamp Drive, south of Mohr Avenue, was removed <br />from this agenda. He also indicated that the appeal for item 6a, <br />AP-92-20, Tract 6545, Kaufman and Broad, Inc. (California <br />Reflections), had been withdrawn. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver requested that item 15a, City of Pleasanton <br />Downtown Revitalization Plan be continued until the new Council is <br />seated. He was not certain if Mr. Pico would have a conflict of <br />interest on this item. <br /> <br /> Mr. Roush indicated that he was unable to determine that at <br />this time. <br /> <br />ii/i7/92 i <br /> <br /> <br />
