Mercer called the Regular Meeting of the City <br />Council to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded <br />as follows: Councilmembers Robert E. Butler, Karin Mohr, Dorothy <br />N. Scribner, Ben Tarver, and Mayor Kenneth R. Mercer. Staff <br />members present were: Deborah Acosta, City Manager; Michael H. <br />Roush, City Attorney; Steven Bocian, Assistant City Manager; Brian <br />W. Swift, Director of Planning and Community Development; Joseph <br />Elliott, Director of Public Works and Utilities and Bill van <br />Gelder, Traffic Engineer. <br /> <br />3. AGENDAAMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta indicatedthhatthe Item Tb, Presentation of Alameda <br />County Transportation Plan, was continued to the 9/15/92 City <br />Council meeting. <br /> <br /> A proclamation had been added to the agenda as item 4u, <br />International Day of Peace. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta requested a closed session on labor relations. <br /> <br /> Ms. Scribner asked that item 6c, PUD-91-13/Kottinuer Hills <br />~Lin) be continued because she needed more time to review the <br />information before she could make a decision. She apologized for <br />any inconvenience this may cause. <br /> <br /> Ms. Mohr stated that there were quite a few people in the <br />audience for this item and suggested opening the public hearing but <br />continuing the decision to the following City Council meeting. <br /> <br /> Council agreed to continue the item to the 9/15/92 City <br />Council meeting. Mayor Mercer stated that if anyone in the <br />audience wanted a copy of the staff report, he or she should put <br />his/her name and address on the list provided. <br /> <br />911192 I <br /> <br /> <br />
