Scribner called the Regular Meeting of <br />the City Council to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CA~L <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy.L. Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded <br />as follows: Councilmembers Becky Dennis, Karin Mohr, Thomas P. <br />Pico Jr., and Dorothy N. Scribner. Staff members present were: <br />Deborah Acosta, City Manager; Michael H. Roush, City Attorney; <br />Brian W. Swift, Director of Planning and Community Development; <br />Joseph Elliott, Director of Public Works and Utilities; Chris <br />Dickinson, Police Lieutenant; Bill van Gelder, Traffic Engineer; <br />and Ted Klenk, Fire Marshall. <br /> <br /> Mayor Ben C. Tarver was absent and excused. <br />3. AGENDAAMENDMEN~S <br /> <br /> Staff reminded Council that Item 8b, Transmittal of Audit Of <br />Financial Transactions was added to the agendabyaddendumand Item <br />6b, PUD-89-5-2M, The DeSilva Group has been continued to the May 4, <br />1993 City Council meeting. <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico requested the following: <br /> <br /> Item 4h, The Final MaD. Public Improvements and Subdivision <br />Aqreement for Tract 6545, California Reflections, Kaufman and Broad <br />South Bay, Inc. and Item 4q, LiCense to zone 7 for construction Qf <br />Vineyard Pipeline with City Easement and Riqhts-of-wav be removed <br />from the Consent Calendar for further discussion. <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Ms. Scribner, that <br />the following actions be taken on the Consent Calendar, as amended: <br /> <br /> a. Approve the permit for the Valley Volunteer Center's <br /> "Human Race" on May 8, 1993. (SR93:153) <br /> <br /> b.
