LEGISLATIVE UPDATE REPORTS <br /> <br />Item lla <br />Status Report on State Budget (IR93:31) <br /> <br /> No action was required or taken by the Council on this item. <br /> <br />12. REPORTS OF THE CITY MANAGER <br /> <br />Item 12a <br />Approval of Resolution Reqarding PropertV Tax Sharing Aqreement for <br />the North Sycamore Specific Plan Area (SR93:103) <br /> <br /> Gary Van Wegen, 488 Sycamore Road, shared his support in the <br />annexation. He explained the history of this annexation and plan. <br /> <br /> Tom Treto, 5766 San Juan Way, Pleasanton Unified School <br />District, reiterated the time and efforts which contributed to this <br />annexation. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Scribner, and seconded by Mayor Tarver, <br />that Resolution No. 93-36 be adopted, approving the property tax <br />sharing agreement for the North Sycamore Specific Plan Area. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Scribner and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: Councilmember Pico <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: Councilmember Mohr <br /> <br />Item 12b <br />Approval of Report by Centennial Committee Regarding Proposed Civic <br />Park Public Art Project (SR93:86) <br /> <br /> Andy Jorgensen, Recreation Supervisor, presented renderings of <br />this project. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Scribner, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, to <br />approve the tile art project proposed by the Centennial Committee <br />to be located in Civic Park. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner and Mayor <br /> Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />3/16/93 11 <br /> <br /> <br />
