105 <br /> <br /> MINUTES <br /> OF <br /> THE <br /> MEETING <br /> OF <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> March 2, 1993 <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORD~ <br /> <br /> Mayor Ben C. Tarver called the Regular Meeting of the City <br />Council to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> The Girl Scout Troop 1579, Brownie Troop 932 and 1479, and a <br />cadet from Troop 1122 were present to observe the meeting and <br />Jennifer Winters led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance to <br />the Flag. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded <br />as follows: Councilmembers Karin Mohr, Thomas P. Pico, Jr., <br />Dorothy N. Scribner and Mayor Ben C. Tarver. Staff members present <br />were: Deborah Acosta, City Manager; Michael H. Roush, City <br />Attorney; Brian W. Swift, Director of Planning and Community <br />Development; Joseph Elliott, Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities; and Sue Rossi, Director of Finance. <br /> <br />3. AGENDAAMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta indicated that item 4f, ~pDroval of Amendment to <br />Consultant Agreement for Tassaiara Reservoir Construction <br />Manaqement Services was continued to the March 16, 1993 City <br />Council meeting and item 4i, P=oclaim March 6 through 13. 1993 as <br />Girl Scout Week in P~easan%on was added to the agenda by addendum. <br /> <br /> She further explained that Item 6c, Water Efficient Landscapes <br />and Irriqation Systems Desiqn Ordinance suggests a continuance to <br />the March 16, 1993 agenda, which should be changed to the April 6, <br />1993 City Council meeting. <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Ms. Scribner, that <br />the following actions be taken on the Consent Calendar: <br /> <br /> a.
