431 <br /> <br />The r011 call vote was as followS: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Mohr, Pico, Scribner and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 13c <br />Review and RecommendatiOnS COnCerning [he South Livermore VaHe_v Area Plan <br />(SR93:48) <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Pie, o, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, to send a letter to the Alameda <br />County Board of Supervisors supporting the draft plan with the deletion of a proposed limitation <br />of roadway width to two-lanes, and the addition of a community access corridor through <br />Pleasanton. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as foll0w~: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Mohr, Pico, Scribner and Mayor Tarvet <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver stated that he was opposed to the toll road and his vote to send this letter <br />does not support a toll road. He felt that what should be considered is to publicly fund Highway <br />84. He concluded that he did not wish to change Pleasanton's General Plan. Mr. Pico agreed. <br /> <br />Item 130 <br />Request of the C0Unt.V Of Alameda for a Meetin~ Regarding Joint Plan for Ridgelands <br />(SR93:55) <br /> <br /> There was consensus of the Council that this lawsuit remain pending and direct staff to <br />work with Hayward and Alameda County and East Bay Regional Park District to establish an <br />agreement to allow all parties to collectively decide a plan for the ridge. This would allow veto <br />power for each of the jurisdictions and to change the Sphere of Influence between Hayward, <br />Pleasanton and Alameda County.
