He described the project phases and timing of each of the phases. <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico withdrew his request to appeal Tract 6593 after receiving clarification. <br /> <br />9, MATrERS INIT/ATED BY COUNCILMEMBERS <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver pointed out that Art Dunkley had resigned from the Art in Public Places <br />Commission.
