CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br /> The meeting adjourned to closed session at twelve o'clock <br />midnight to discuss Greenbelt Alliance v. LAFCO, to discuss <br />potential litigation regarding the Airport Land Use Commission's <br />decision to approve the Airport Protection Area and to discuss <br />potential litigation against Contra Costa County's decision to <br />approve the Dougherty Valley plan. <br /> <br />16.
