Tarver called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to order at <br /> 7:02 p.m. <br /> <br /> 2, RQL,~ CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded as follows: <br /> Councilmembers Rebecca L. Dennis, Karin Mohr, Thomas P. Pieo Jr., Dorothy N. Scribner <br /> and Mayor Ben C. Tarvet. Staff members present were: Deborah Acosta, City Manager; <br /> Steven Bocian, Assistant City Manager; Michael H. Roush, City Attorney; Brian W. Swift, <br /> Director of Planning and Community Development; and Joseph Elliott, Director of Public Works <br />-- and Utilities. <br /> <br /> 3. AOENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta pointed out that Item 6b, Status RepQr, on Main Street Utility_ Box Covers <br /> and a closed session item LaUrence v. City_ of Pleasanton, had been added to this agenda by <br /> addendure. <br /> <br /> Staff requested that Item 4g, BQnd¢ RanCh Landscape and Lighting Maintenance District, <br /> 199~-2 be continued to the September 7, 1993 Regular City Council meeting. <br /> <br /> 4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Ms. Dennis, that the following actions be <br /> taken on the Consent Calendar, as amended: <br /> <br /> a. Approve the Water Conservation Plan and Water Report for July 1993. <br /> (IR93:73) <br /> <br /> b.
