Draft EnvirOnmental Impact Report RefCrntl (3R93:319) <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis asked what the deadline was for comments on the ErR. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift stated that Council would not be able to wait until its next meeting to make <br />comments on the draft EIR. <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico referred to the transportation and level of service issues. He believed that the <br />City should express its objection to the Tri-Valley Wastewater Authority concept serving this <br />project. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver stated that the County wants to take a lead in this process and that it <br />should be coordinating with the Cities' General Plans. Stafrs proposed comments that would <br />be sent to the County should be stronger. He suggested that the City write a letter to the Board <br />expressing that the City would like to be more involved in this process and have a joint meeting <br />between the Supervisors and the Tri-Valley Council. <br /> <br />6.
