153 <br /> <br />contact architects/landscape architects who would agree to volunteer their design review services <br />for less complex projects; architects are allowed to be non local or local but must not do <br />business in Pleasanton; work done by hired consultant's to be reviewed by the Planning <br />Commission to get the citizen input for design review process; and consultant's are to make <br />presentation to Council. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />PGE Maintenance Contract <br /> <br /> Ms. Mohr asked that staff enforce the maintenance contract that Pacific Gas and Electric <br />has with the City for the Shadow Cliff trails. <br /> <br />Economic Advisory Board <br /> <br /> Ms. Mohr asked for status on the Economic Advisory Board. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta indicated that the interviews are to be set up in late July. <br /> <br />Televising of Council Meetings <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico asked for status on the televising of Council meetings. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta explained that staff is working with Viacorn regarding which channels will <br />be used. Staff will be reporting on this matter to Council at the August 3, 1993 Regular City <br />Council meeting. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver asked that staff report and/or a meeting be set between the City Council <br />and Viacorn regarding the elimination of channels and the different options that the City and <br />Viacorn have. <br /> <br />Congestion Management Agency <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico reported that he artended last month's meeting in Mayor Tarver's absence. He <br />pointed out that the issue regarding CMA funding the 238 Freeway was continued from that <br />agenda and may be heard at the next meeting. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta indicated that this issue has been placed on the July 20, 1993 Regular City <br />Council meeting Agenda. <br /> <br />07/06/93 13 <br /> <br /> <br />
