She was aware of some of the applicants who were CO not Pleasanwn residents. Mayor Tarver preferred that the General Plan Review Committee have the opportunity to respond to this Preferred Plan. Councilmembers Dennis and Pico agreed. Each shared their concerns in getting citizen input and participation in this process. Ms. Scribner reitinted the history of this project. She believed that San Francisco has been patient and cooperative throughout this process and that it is to the City's and San Francisco's advantage to work Wgether on a plan. 05/11/93 3
