If any name is submitted by any three Councilmembers, that <br />individual is appointed as one of the at large members of the <br />Steering Committee. If less than four at large members have been <br />appointed to the Steering Committee, this process continues until <br />all four at-large members of the Steering Committee have been <br />appointed. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner and Mayor <br /> Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> The Council's stated intent of the above selection process, <br />was to try to reach consensus.
