Tarver called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to order at <br />7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded as follows: <br />Councilmembers Rebecca L. Dennis, Karin Mohr, Thomas P. Pico Jr., Dorothy N. Scribner <br />and Mayor Ben C. Tarver. Staff members present were: Deborah Acosta, City Manager; <br />Michael H. Roush, City Attorney; Brian W. Swift, Director of Planning and Community <br />Development; Roger Higdon, City Engineer; Bill van Gelder, Traffic Engineer; George Withers, <br />Fire Chief; Dolores Bengtson, Director of Parks and Community Services; and Susan Rossi, <br />Director of Finance. <br /> <br />3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta reminded Council that the following items had been added to the agenda: <br /> Item 40, Proclaim November as National Hospice Month in Pleasanton; <br /> <br /> Item 6c, Request for Support to Obtain Federal Funding to Construct 1-580/I-680 <br />Interchange and Route 84/I-580 Interchange; <br /> <br /> Item 6d, Request of Rotary Club to waive fees for its use of the Senior Center to host <br />a community dinner for Seniors; and <br /> <br /> Item 15, Closed session: City of Pleasanton v.
