She <br /> found it very offensive to think her vote could be ineffective if she were to vote in favor of the <br /> project. It was decided that the next <br /> workshop would be held on November 9, 1993, to discuss Council goals. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta requested Council input regarding the process to follow for the negotiations <br /> regarding the proposed park in Hacienda Business Park. <br /> <br /> It was determined that staff should proceed as suggested and bring back reports to <br /> Council. Mr. Tarvet was concerned that the public be involved. <br /> <br /> 11, CITY COUNCIL COMMITEEE REPORTS <br /> <br /> No action was required or taken by the Council on this item. <br /> <br /> 15. CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br /> Council adjourned to a Closed Session at 9:07 p.m. to discuss labor relations and Dublin <br /> v. City_ of Pleasanton and related litigation. <br /> <br /> 16.
