MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCILMEMBERS <br /> <br />Item lOa <br />Report On Operation of Channel 30 (SR93:383) <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta presented the staff report and Mr. Bocian was available to answer any of <br />Council's concerns or questions. <br /> <br /> There was general discussion rega/ding the operation of Channel 30 and of the positions <br />of the Tri-Valley cities. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Scribner, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that the filming of the <br />November 2, 1993 City Council meeting not be shown live that same evening; there be a dry- <br />run for televising the Council meeting (November 2, 1993); and live broadcasting begin on <br />November 16, 1993. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Seribner and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 10b <br />Report on Potential Council Workshops (SR93:414) <br /> <br /> After considerable discussion, Council agreed to the following workshops: <br /> <br /> 10/26/93 - Council Goals <br /> 11/15/93 - Park and Recreation and CIP Priorities <br /> 11/23/93 - Reserved <br /> 12/07/93 - Service Levels <br /> 12/14/93 - Regular City Council Meeting <br /> <br />10/12/93 13 <br /> <br /> <br />
