He was in agreement with the staff recommendation and requested Council <br />approval. <br /> <br /> Richard Parejo, 2884 Foothill Road, reiterated the plans for this application and requested <br />Council approval. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mr. Tarver declared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> In response to Mr. Pico's questions, Mr. Swift assured that the Calaveras Fault does not <br />run throughout this project and then described its location.
