CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-88 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF BART'S PROPOSED REALIGNMENT OF <br /> THE U, UP, AND UL EXPRESS BUS LINES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 1, 1988, the City Council <br /> reviewed the report of the Director of Planning and <br /> Community Development (SR 88:82) regarding the proposed <br /> realignment of the U, UP, and UL Express Bus Lines; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council of the City of Pleasanton hereby <br />supports the proposed realignment of the BART U, UP, and <br /> UL Express Bus Lines as shown on the attached map. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MARCH 1, 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None ~~ <br />ATTEST: <br /> KENNETH ~.
