Mr. Swift indicated all the neighbors had been mailed notice that the <br /> application had been approved and that the City had not received any comments. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver requested staff to contact personally all the affected neighbors and if <br /> anyone had a concern with the design, then he wanted to appeal the matter. <br /> <br /> Following the meeting, staff did contact the neighbors and there was concern about the <br /> design.
