Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded as follows: Members <br /> Rebecca L. Dennis, Karin Mohr, Thomas P. Pico Jr., Dorothy N. Scribner and Chair Ben C. <br /> Tarvet. Staff members present were: Deborah Acosta, Executive Director; Michael Roush, <br /> General Counsel; Brian W. Swift, Director of Planning and Community Development; Joseph <br /> Elliott, Director of Public Works and Utilities; and Susan Rossi, Finance, Director of Finance. <br /> <br /> 3. ADOPTION OF POLICY REGARDING DISBURSEMENT OF BOND RESERVE FUND <br /> INTEREST INCOME <br /> <br /> Ms. Rossi presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Ms. Scribner, that Resolution No./PA-4, be <br /> adopted, adopting a policy regarding the Disbursement of Bond Reserve Fund Interest Income <br /> for the 1993 Series A and B Reassessment Revenue Bonds. <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner and Mayor Tarver <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> 09/07/93 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
