Ms. Ayala asked if there would be a rush of submittals before the review of the Specific <br />Plan was complete. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift said there was no way of knowing. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala had no problem with staff's recommendation as far as amending the Specific <br />Plan. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver appreciated the comments that had been made and understood staffs point. <br />He was protective of the downtown area.
