The meeting reconvened at 8:45 p.m. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver indicated that New Cities Development requested to postpone its <br />presentation. He reiterated that item 6b and 6c were being continued to a special <br />meeting, but public testimony would be taken tonight from those who were present. <br /> <br /> New Cities Development requested to make its presentation at the same time a <br />vote could be taken. <br /> <br /> Mr. Lum indicated that the vote on Oak Tree Farms was 3-2 in favor of the <br />annexation with 12 non-votes. He said staff checked the notification process and <br />believed that it was done properly. He said each homeowner will receive a letter <br />notifying them of the action taken tonight. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Michelotti, seconded by Ms. Ayala, to adopt Resolution <br />No. 99-096, annexing Oak Tree Farm II to Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance <br />District 1994-1, and assessing the maintenance fee and levying collection thereof. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayaia, Dennis, Michelotti, and Mayor Tarver. <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Pico. <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 6h <br />(1) PUD-98-16, City of Pleasanton <br />Application for Planned Unit Development plan approval for a municipal golf <br />course, club house, and a maximum of 34 additional home sites plus three existin~ <br />residences on 338 acres of land located generally southeast of the Happy <br />Valley/Alisal Road intersection. The property_ has been pre-zoned PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development) - GC (Golf Course)i LDR (Low DensiW Residential)i and A/OS <br />(A~riculture/Open Space) District. <br /> <br /> Brian Swift presented the staff report. <br /> <br />2. Agricultural Policies for the Agriculture/Open Space Subarea of the Happy <br />Valley Specific Plan. <br /> <br /> Wayne Rasmussen presented the staff report. <br /> <br />3.Memorandum of Understanding with Property Owners. <br /> <br /> Larissa Seto presented the staff report. <br /> <br />4.Sewer and Water infrastructure financing program.
